Once you’ve filled in our contact form requesting an appointment, here’s what will happen next.
We will allocate an Approved Partner to your project, and pass your information on to them. This will be an experienced installer who is local to your area.
Within a few days, your Approved Partner will contact you - either by email or phone - to arrange a convenient appointment to visit you to discuss your project.
Your Approved Partner will meet you at your property on the planned day. They will review your property and the local area to spec your project.
In collaboration with you, they will recommend the best windows and doors for your property, taking into consideration your personal tastes, the age and architectural style of your property, local architectural styles, building regulations specific to your property, energy conservation requirements, and anything else that’s relevant.
Your Approved Partner will pass the specifications of the project to us so we can draw up a quote. Once approved by you, our craftsmen will make your new windows and doors specifically for your project.
Your Approved Partner will install your windows and doors on a mutually convenient date, and provide you with all the warranty documentation you will need.
