George Barnsdale have recently installed the country’s first robotic paint facility into our factory based in Donington, Lincolnshire.
This substantial investment has provided us with the ability to apply a consistent coating to our products in a perfectly controlled environment.
The efficiency gains from this system have allowed us to develop our unique 4 coat paint system that enables us to provide industry leading guarantees at a very competitive price.
Our 4 coat paint system has been developed to provide maximum protection to the timber, whilst allowing it to breathe and lets it’s natural characteristics show through.
