George Barnsdale hosted their annual Installation training day this week. The focus of the day was on training for their Approved Partners but the team also took the opportunity to discuss the current market and share industry insights.
Welcoming 6 of their Approved Partners, the team split the day into two. They started with Installation training hosted by Ian Wright, Installations Manager. Focusing on EPDM (ethylene propylene diene terpolymer) and the basics of installing timber windows and doors.
Followed by an afternoon of paint work remedial training by Robert Holsted, Remedial Engineer. This included wax and resin repairs, brush painting training, and the basics of airbrush painting. The installers were given the opportunity to try out these techniques on George Barnsdale samples.
The Approved Partner network is set up to provide a supply and installation service to homeowners nationwide. Making George Barnsdale products accessible to everyone.
Commenting on the day the Approved Partner Manager Nathan Winter said “There’s been a good turnout from our partners, they showed great commitment towards providing a brilliant service for their customers.”
